A few days ago I had a great conversation with Chris Daley, Chief Pilot, for Rollins Light Sport Aircraft, distributor of the Eurofox. The Eurofox with the 80hp Rotax can use auto fuel. I calculated you can operate the Eurofox for about $25/hr (including $5/hr for MOH). Now that is what I call economical flying! In addition the price of the Eurofox has come down because the exchange rate between US dollar and Euros. If you want to make money with a great Certified S-LSA this is certainly an aircraft worth looking at.

Chris is a great guy to talk to about Sport Pilot. He was a sport pilot instructor in the UK about 10 years ago when the UK started their "sport pilot" program. He is very knowledgeable about what is now taking place in the U.S..

I want to encourage anybody who has ever thought about being a flight instructor to consider becoming a sport pilot flight instructor. All you need is 150 hrs, pass the written, and take a check ride and you too can start to make some money helping people make their dream of flying come true!
